Wonders of Nature Essential Oil Blend No. 1

$37.94

A wonderful-smelling, pure essential oil blend to help open the breathing passages, invigorate and soothe muscles…and more. Super-useful.

Description

This is a blend of time-honored healing essential oils with a multitude of applications.

Only to be used externally, not ingested.

This blend  can help open the breathing passages, soothe muscles, stimulate circulation (massaged on the skin), and more.

Its smells? Ridiculously good.

Comes in a 1-oz. bottle with optional dropper lid.

Some ideas for use

• In a diffuser to clear away airborne bacteria (diffused, essential oils, nearly all of them, do that to some degree); to freshen up a room.

  • Use it to help open the breathing passages.
  • You can diffuse it, put some on a handkerchief (do people still have handkerchiefs? LOL) or cotton ball or kleenex and breathe it in – place near your nose while you sleep.
  • You can hold the bottle under your nose and breathe it in that way.
  • You can mix into a carrier oil – about 15 drops to a tablespoon and rub in on chest, etc.
  • Put maybe 20 drops in a pot of very hot (or boiling water but be careful), lower your head over the pot, make a tent to cover your head and breathe in the essential oils.
  • Make a massage oil: add to a carrier oil and enjoy as a massage. This blend stimulates circulation of the skin and helps bring comfort to sore muscles and joints. Rub in over the lungs area, throat, temples, feet, etc. Invigorating, soothing, relaxing
  • Apply “neat” which means undiluted, only a drop or two, to the forehead and/or temples (avoid getting in your eyes) when stuffed up, headachy or hangover-y.
  • Use in a foot soak – about 25 drops in the tub of hot water.
  • for a spray: mix with alcohol (vodka for example) and water, more or less depending on the amount of water-alcohol – try about a half teaspoon of the essential oil blend in four ounces of the water-alcohol mixture, lid with a spray top, shake before spray – for a spray hand to clean hands, a surface, a minor cut, spray into the air to lessen a bad smell, mustiness or mold, to freshen closet air, etc. Frankly, I’d save this blend for the body and diffusing but you can do this if you want. Simple lavender and some others will do just as well in a spray.
  • add a few drops to a bath – 5 to 10 – and swish the water around to mix it in before you step into the tub. Lovely with epsom salts and sea salt baths.

You’ll find lots of uses for this gem. Let me know any that you do, okay?

Contains organic essentials oils of peppermint, eucalyptus globulus, juniper berry, clove, hysspp, wintergreen and cajeput.

These are time-honored medicinal plants so here are some cautions:
For those people who have hypertension, high blood pressure or epilepsy, steer clear or check with your physician before use, since this blend contains salicylate. If you’re pregnant or nursing, don’t use this blend – or if you feel drawn to it, check with a licensed medical practitioner before you use it, If you have any of these conditions or are pregnant or nursing and definitely if you are taking drugs such as Tylenol, blood thinners, etc., do not use this unless you wish to after checking with your licensed physician – and obviously one familiar with plant medicine. Always best to be sure.

For little kids and the infirm or quite elderly, dilute (in water or carrier oil) at least twice as dilute (half as strong), go easy on how much you put into a diffuser (about half as much) and do not diffuse around or apply to cats, dogs or presumably any pets) and use only for kids no younger than 5 years of age.

I bet you did not know that mints, like peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen –  can literally overwhelm little children, and under two years of age they are dangerous, not appropriate at all. Mints can knock those little guys unconscious! They are some of nature’s strongest healers, This is why when using homeopathy, we are told not to have any mint while taking the homeopathics. Truth is, you actually must not have mint 20 minutes before and for 20 minutes afterward…that’d be the soonest before or after that mint would not interfere. Otherwise the mint overwhelms the action of the homeopathic meds. So the label must makes it easier – don’t have mint while using this. This blend includes peppermint and wintergreen so this would apply.
