Description
Add our Sea Bath Essential Oil Blends to the tub, whether or not you have added sea salt and/or epsom salts, for a phenomenal aromatherapy experience. The essential oil blend is absorbed through the skin and by inhalation.
You can also benefit from this blend by adding a few drops to a handkerchief and inhaling.
Sea Bath Essential Oil Blend No. 2 can also be used in a diffuser.
The pure essential oils in combination form a synergy that is not merely the addition of the components. The blend has more power, though gently so, than the separate oils would suggest.
What is the effect of the No. 2 blend? Extremely relaxing, nearly sedative but without creating grogginess. You may sleep very, very well. Some people have commented that they felt as relaxed as a baby might when in a very comfortable, relaxed state.
Just before you get into the bath, add 5 to 8 drops to the water and mix the essential oils in to the water before you enter. Soak and get out of the tub when it feels like it’s time (usually about 20 minutes). Listen to your body for that message and love the soak!
Soaking in toxic water cannot enhance the health and essential oils will ot purify the garbage out of the water. Therefore, it is recommended that you get a bath water purifier.
Enjoy! And please let us know how you do with this very unusual, deeply relaxing essential oil bath blend.
