Our Spa started to use Organic Beauty products in November of 2002. We were very impressed with the quality of each product. We use all the facial products with the addition of the Ma Jeunesse cream on our own faces and we have noticed the clarity, and color improved, tighter skin and smaller pores. The Organic Beauty Facial has been offered in our Facial Menu line and everyone loves the way it feels and smells. You feel good about using these products and turning others onto this unique philosophy of product. So, here is what I have to say about my first dealings with you. As a first-time customer with EvansGarden.com, I was pleasantly surprised at the very warm and friendly e-mails I received from Evans. His quick response to my e-mails and his care in wanting to establish a positive relationship with me was very well received and appreciated. Actually, I was quite surprised by their warm greeting! I have depression but it's mostly from Chronic Skin Picking on my face since about the sixth grade. I am in love with that rose serum!!!! I wake up wash my face, it looks ok....but it's missing something, i put the serum on and voila....my face is happy, healthy and rosy. My skin just eats this stuff up, it goes on as an oil and my face just absorbs all the nutrients right in leaving a very soft, plump and healthy glow. And...I have had several comments when greeting friends with kisses on the cheek that i smell like soft rose petals and they love the soft natural scent, thier skin is probably saying, i want that too it really is skin food! Also, I have used my babies diaper cream on little redness and it disappears by the next diaper change. I have also tried it on my face when I have had little blemishes and they too disappear pronto. I really love your products!! It is very timely for you to be asking me these questions because I recently realized how much better your products are than others I have tried. I recently purchased the Leeza Gibbons Sheer Cover make-up which comes with a sunscreen moisturizer and a cleanser. When I used it my face broke out and looked dirty! I sent the stuff back!!! Also, I have been using Miracle II soap for my face and body but my face wasn't looking as good as it does when I use Dreamsoap. You see, I was saving the last of my Dreamsoap because it is so precious. Anyway I said to heck with it and started using my last bottle of Dreamsoap on my face and voila! My skin looks great again!! What a relief!! I had forgotten how good I was looking before I stopped using it!!! So keep up the great work!!! Believe me, I've tried everything! received my second order from you this past week and I wanted to say my skin appreciates it. Even my husband was intrigued and tried the tooth powder, he believes most anything in the bathroom is 'girly stuff' so steers clear. I know what you mean by the falseness of the so called 'natural' products out there. I had quite a few products purchased through health food stores and after reading the list in your catalog of 'junk' put in I went and read all my labels. I was angry !! I bought this so called 'cucumber cleansing cream' and 'DMAE' cream and 'all natural' anti-wrinkle creams in good faith and I feel cheated. Their catalogs are now all in the trash. Thank you for being honest. That truly is a rarity these days. We're lucky to be in an area where lots of farm and crafts people produce and sell locally so most of my products and foods are purchased directly from the grower. We have a few that make a limited line of bath products but I'm glad there's you two making skin care products. Thank you. - D.S.

As for your products, I absolutely love them and am delighted so far. I had already been using Aubrey but my skin is loving your wonderful potions as well and I certainly plan to continue ordering. I am still perplexed how 1 drop of DreamSoap can produce so much lather- it's great. Everything else is wonderful too. The facial scrub is great, the spray toner and the creme is the best I have tried. Believe it or not I have always shied away from using moisturizers because even the Aubrey ones leave my skin feeling a bit weird for lack of a better word. New Earth Botanicals [herbal medicine line] and Evan's Garden [cosmetic] products: I have been drug free for 30 years, eating primarily organic food for 25 years, am into holistic medicine, consume quantities of the finest supplements and don't use the standard household cleaning products, etc., etc.. You could say I pretty much annoy the s--t out of those who think this is all bull, but the point is, my body now responds to quality ingredients and can tell when something is or isn't. These Evan's Garden products are the highest quality products I've seen in all the natural, organic and wildcrafted plant essences products that are marketed everywhere, even in quite prestigious places. A growing portion of the billions of dollars plus industry is now devoted to I've got the most pure, natural, organic.....etc. Well, one has to have an ideal scene to evaluate all others against; this is the real thing, if you can have it. How would you know if you weren't part of the quest? I was getting a foot massage with some other quite good natural stuff and after about five minutes this was all wiped off. I thought I was done but was immediately aware of a change when something else was put on the soles of my feet and rubbed in. There was no comparison with what was being used; it was a different experience. I was aware that something different was being used although I had no information about New Earth Botanicals, All Better Honey. I didn't know this is what I was now getting a foot massage with. My feet loved this stuff; it was like feeding the body through the feet! Sounds weird, eh?! However, the feet absorbed this stuff and felt better immediately, noticeably better than with anything previously used. I could tell that whatever was being used, was very high quality and my body liked it. Sort of like, when you are lacking in a specific nutrient and you take the right supplementation it instantly indicates to the body. I had a quite bad sunburn two weeks ago; I was lobster red; the top of my head and forehead were fried!! I put the product La Crème de la Crème on the burned areas. It instantly absorbed completely and within a few hours healed. I normally use straight fresh aloe vera right from my own plants and it works great, although slower than this product. I was amazed at how quickly my skin repaired from using this La Crème de la Crème product. Someone, somewhere who has the resources to help this new company is going to make it big when they use these products and see that they sit on the very TOP of the cosmetics industry and thus are a fortune in the making. - J.B.

Hi Kevin, My favorite products are the DreamSoap and Le Creme de la Creme. I use these daily and can't live without them. I have combination skin and so many other cleansers dry out my skin or just don't clean very well. I am also very sensitive to smells and your products don't bother me at all, maybe because they are natural scents, not artificial fragrances. I really like La Creme because it is light, works well and doesn't make my face feel or look greasy. I am also a big fan of Velvet. Again, even though this is a scrub, unlike other products I have used, this does not dry out my skin and it really gives you a deep down clean. My main reason for even looking into your products is that I had been doing research on parabens and not surprisingly, I have found them to be in just about every single product out there, from mascara to soap to cough syrup. I have been trying to reduce this exposure any way that I can and I happened to stumble upon your website and found your wonderful paraben-free products. We love the products. My personal favorite is the Velvet. I first heard of your products by briefly intercepting your catalog that was sent to my boss, dermatologist Dr. Lisa Benest. I had been being educated by, of all people, our patients on the toxic ingredients in most beauty products--something I never thought about before. Working for a dermatologist, I have been exposed to some of the best beauty cleansers and creams on the market, not to mention that we could get them for free from the marketing reps. For years I have thought that we carried some of the best lines around, but I was wrong. I ordered the Clarity Dream Soap for the face and the difference between this and what I had been using is night and day. This soap doesn't leave my face either oily or dry, but it's more than that--it actually feels good for my skin. Not to mention it smells great and just a drop does the trick. This bottle will last quite a while! Ma Jeunesse is just incredible. There is no cream on the market that's quite like it. I laughed at the idea of taking a photo of my face before I started using it to compare it with one taken after I'd been using it for awhile. I should have listened--there IS a noticeable difference. The way it is absorbed by the skin is the way carrot juice seems to be absorbed by the body--it feels like it goes right to the cells with no need of any other carrier. I use it for both my day moisturizer and my night moisturizer. If I could afford it, I'd use it all over my body--twice daily! Working in an environment where I am exposed to every new cream and treatment for skin imaginable, I have become very discerning of what I use. The products we sell are good, but I am so much more impressed with the quality and purity of Organic Beauty products that I am going to forego the office freebies and make a place in my budget for the best. As a financial specialist, I can see that the cost-to-value ratio is definitely in my favor! Your products smell so wonderful and last for such a long time. It's a treat to smell the beautiful aromas but also how many skin looks and feels dewy and much more radiant while using them. I especially liked the All Better Honey Salve. I will from time to time have an eczema flare-up and when I apply the salve, it lessened the duration of the eczema so much faster than typical hydrocortisone topical ointments. - V.H.

Regarding the cost of the products: I wanted to let you know that I purchased the small jar of Crème de la Crème 2 months ago for approximately $40 (I forget the exact amount, you can fill that in if you want). I use it daily and it is halfway gone which means that a whole jar will last me 4 months. That comes out to $10/month, $2.50/week or $.36/day. That is not really very expensive, is it, especially for the quality you are getting? - L.B.

I love the skin care product line from Organic Beauty. So when they came out with a travel kit, I definitely wanted one so I could continue using the products away from home. I am accustomed to the generous quantities of the standard-sized containers, so when I got the smaller travel sizes, I thought I would be refilling them frequently. Not so! Because it takes such a small amount of product to achieve the result that I look for, the quantities in the travel kit last so much longer than I initially expected. Great Start - you both are wonderful writers - very informative - touching a bit on everything and setting the stage for your intentions. In what products have you used the ati nut oil? I would love to hear more about some of your special finds. I have a feeling you have a lot of them and the mastery has been in the way you have used them. The world holds such treasures, doesn't it? Wouldn't it be lovely to live in this country of ours where organic and healthy were truly the norm? When progress married convenience they somehow took a detour and we blindly followed with the novelty of it all. The media picked up on the lie and continues to airbrush away the truth setting the ideal as something truly unattainable yet dropping bread crumbs here and there in the form of unrealistic chemically saturated products. Realizing this is ne're to be, we are then medicated for depression or make our way to the nearest plastic surgeon. If Truth was told from the beginning with full acceptance of all aspects of the being called human and age was revered much like the native American's oral tradition of his-story telling, a well earned wrinkle would be a badge of honor on each and every face unique unto itself telling the picture of our own life. I love your comment: The answer to our present predicament is actually very simple: instead of isolating ourselves from nature we need to RECONNECT with her. From her, with good observation and with moderation, we can learn so much. I see your products as food for my skin, hence your comments about eating well - we have to nourish both inside and out.... I find cosmetic companies to be a lot like pharmaceutical companies in that there really is no profit in cure, yet there is loads of profit in side effects which can propagate the need for another product. I adore the Sweet Sisters perfume. My sisters and I got these as christmas presents from our mom. All Better, Honey™ Testimonials

Alright, about a month ago I was surfing the web to find SOMETHING TO treat my daughters infrequent eczema breakouts and also two HUGE (we're talking on his knee the size and thickness of a grapefruit) of eczema for my husband. Well, I found EVAN!! She actually personally called me to talk about what was up with our situation!!!!!! How often do you find THAT kind of service anymore??? Anyway, I explained my daughter and my husband's HORRIBLE eczema, and that he has been to so many MD's and spent thousands of dollars on creams, steroids, etc,., etc. Ok, to put this short, three weeks later, what comes in my mail??? But EXACTLY what Evan and her husband told me (by the way the also explained EXACTLY HOW TO USE THIS). So, what the heck, nothing else has worked...so we tried it. I promise, my solemn oath, with God as my witness, within ONE HOUR of using first ALL BETTER HONEY, then as a sealant and moisturizer, Natural Silk, that big huge thick white thing on his knee turned pink!! Now, it's been about three weeks, and get this....the thickness is G O N E !!! The white gross stuff is gone, never did it EVER come back!!! It's smooth as a newborn's skin!!! He can't believe it, I can't believe it!!! He'll be able to wear shorts on our vacation in 2 weeks and NOT BE EMBARRASSED. Oh, by the way, the smaller white icky eczema on his arm completely and I mean COMPLETELY disappeared...all gone!! You people are outstanding!!! We are just normal folks here in Wisconsin, but went to see EVERY MD and spent thousands on all the miracle cure cream junk (including cough cough....steroids!!). NOTHING WORKED. Remember, this is not just a few months, I mean we are in our 40's and he's been after this since he was 19!!! We took pictures to prove it. We are just waiting for the pinking up to subside and to talk to Evan about how to do this. My husband and my daughter are new people because of EVAN'S GARDEN!!! I will attest this, stand by this, and never, EVER, EVER USE ANYTHING ELSE FOR THEM BUT EVAN'S GARDEN!!! You are our Angels!!! We love you!!! Evan, please call me about the pinking, of course, he's a man and just wants it normal skin looking, can you believe he could actually ask for that???????? I'm in complete shock! Kevin - I slammed my ring finger hard in the back door - made me cry! I thought, what the heck, I'll try some All Better, Honey on it. I put the ointment on the nail and on the pad of the finger a couple of times each day. I did, after about a week, put a hole in the nail and drain out some blood. The nail was totally black. I really love the spray-on deodorant. It has a pretty incredible smell but it is not a smell that lingers on and on and it is not offensive in any way. My husband knew I had gotten the skin care but he had no idea I had gotten some shampoo samples. I put them in the shower and he used one of them and asked me "Where did you get this shampoo?" I have a 10-year-old daughter that has had these strange little bumps on her face for about 6 months. They were a raised flat surface on her skin. I have had acne since I was 12. I have tired every cream, lotion and toner on the (below $100) market for acne, and NOTHING worked. Everything mousturizing made me break out and everything else called lotion actually made me skin peel and crack.
Well, you did it. The Clarity DreamSoap™ has been my only soap for two months and it is amazing the way my skin feels, how the clean, completely (oh… I don't even have a word here) open/breathing/free feel doesn't also have that squeaky rubber-like feel that you get from using the acne washes out there. This is my very favorite soap from your already amazing DreamSoap line! I can wash my face just once now – instead of the twice or three times I needed with other soaps to feel all the way de-greased. I am STILL on the first bottle of soap you gave me, a little goes a very long way, even on oily, acne skin after a full day of work and make-up.
But, then you asked me to try out the Clarity LOTION. Well, I stopped using moisturizers five years ago because there was not a single one out that didn't make a breakout worse. I thought it was part of the nature of a moisturizer (add moisturizer, get zits).I had some lotions made specifically for acne prone skin, but I didn't like using it because it felt FAKE and blechy on my skin, like a very thin balloon stretched tightly across my skin… really uncomfortable. I definitely didn't want an oil-based lotion. But, since I trust you, I tried it. I started using the Clarity Lotion alone, replacing all my other "acne" lotions, creams, treatments, anything. i threw it all out and have been using it alone as the entire "regimen" for about a month now. i love how my skin feels, it makes my skin feel like I always felt it should, soft, supple, completely clean and open. I cannot begin to dscribe the relief I felt upon recognizing that it's working and quite well at controlling my breakouts and has not made me gain a single solitary zit. Not one, even though I am using it quite liberally all over my face and neck. I missed feeling like this on my skin and I never ever want to be without it again. It feels natural, like it just helps bring up my real skin, coax it out, rather that any kind of false facade.
Three days ago, I was looking in the mirror. It was "that time of the month" and this inevitably brings a face-full of acne for me. I realized that there was only one real zit. One. Not only that, but the skin where the old acne scars are is suddenly losing its old and tired look. The tiny little hords of pock marks are – I swear – starting to turn back into normal skin. No, better than normal, actually healthy looking skin. I am never turning back, I will wash and, yes, moisturize ( with your lovely oil-based formula, what liars those experts that said never to use an oil-based moisturizer turned out to be) with Clarity forever, or until all my acne is so long gone that I forget why I am using this stuff!

I have combination skin, very dry in parts and oily with clogged pores on my nose and temples. My skin is also so sensitive that I have several years and thousands experimenting on various moisturizers, from low- end drugstore brands to very expensive ones with fancy logos all over the label. These moisturizers either clogged all my pores and felt heavy, making my face appear greasy and my causing my makeup to slip right off, or, made my skin feel smooth and a little less tight in the dry areas for about an hour, then, poof, gone, and my skin is back to dry and irritated. Or, and this is the worst, my skin would sometimes break out in red patches and feel itchy and sting all over, not very nice to look at, and even worse feeling. I tried La Crème de la Crème, to be honest, not really expecting much (I had pretty much given up on finding that perfect face cream) and I was amazed. No heavy, pore-clogging feeling, no greasiness, it absorbed almost entirely yet just a hint of it remained on the surface, just enough to give me an ultra healthy glow and allow my makeup to glide right over and appear much, much smoother. My eye makeup didn't crease (the way it does over greasy creams), it stayed put all day, with no base underneath, just the smooth surface the La Crème de la Crème provided. There was absolutely no irritation whatsoever. No burning or itching. And here's the best part - my skin continued to feel supple, smooth, and hydrated all day and well into the night. My nose and temple aren't even shiny. It really seemed to create the softness and balance I had been so desperately searching for. I even dabbed a bit on my usually scaly elbows and they are so soft now, 12 hours after application. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have found this product. La Crème de la Crème healed a sty of mine in 3 hours... amazing, I didn't know it could do that, did you? I specifically put La Crème on the area to see if it would help, about 5 hours after having put it on all over my face earlier that day, and within three hours the redness and swelling around my outer eye was gone, by the next morning the entire sty was gone, including all the irritation under my lid. If I get a sty, usually it will take at least 6 days to heal, if not longer, plus an extra 2 days or so for all the redness to go away. Two other products I have to rave about are the Perfect Rose and La Crème de la Crème. I am shocked! I can hardly believe how my skin is after using The Perfect Rose and La Crème de la Crème! Yesterday my skin was so dry it was cracking around my lips and it was tight all over. Wrinkles were apparent around my eyes, mouth and forehead. My skin was uneven, sallow, lacked color and looked older than it should for my age. Dear Evan and Kevin, I just have to tell you that I am seriously loving your products! I started out with your mineral foundation as I was looking for another type of makeup that I didn't feel on my face. I had seen a program on TV advertising such a product, which I used, but still didn't look right as it was too shiny (accentuating my bumps, wrinkles, etc). It also felt heavy on my face and irritated my skin. I don't like wearing makeup, but I have to wear it during the day so I can go out in public and to work feeling somewhat comfortable about myself as I have blotchy colored skin from acne scarring. I get monthly humbling hormonal acne breakouts. Well, I checked out your website and was pleased to see I could order samples. I found the colors I needed. My other problem is moisturizers. Due to acne, I couldn't wear anything oil based (as I have definitely experienced). The fact of the matter is I am 50 and my skin is dry, even though I have oily skin at breakout time. I decided to start making my own simple ingredient moisturizer and still got frustrated because every concoction I made really didn't moisturize. I have been to Jurlique(tm) cosmetics, sold at malls touting natural ingredients. I purchased the moisturizer for acne prone people and guess what, it irritated my skin during breakouts not allowing my skin to heal. I was absolutely frustrated! To be honest with you, I had seen your foundation creams and looked at the ingredien
