Visited by the daughter of the last parfumier in France, as she related to us, to use exclusively essential oils (according to her, this is no longer done - all companies use synthetics now), we were thrilled to hear her opinion that our perfumes are as gorgeous and sophisticated as any she has known in the world. Quite a compliment from one so experienced in the field. And, though it seems almost bragging to relate this, we have heard such praise more than once.

When you put the perfume on, allow a few minutes for the scent to develop on you. Each perfume is a fascinating mixture of many plants and tends to have a somewhat different fragrance on different individuals. If you inhale it every little while, you may notice that the scent is going somewhere. Now the flowers are blooming...now the deeper elements are coming forth. Give the perfume time to get acquainted with you.

A truly natural perfume will not last as long as normal perfumes made of unnatural chemicals. You may find that you have to reapply your all-natural, aromatherapeutic perfume somewhat more frequently than you'd have to reapply one containing synthetics. Fragrances used by the usual perfume industry are often composed, each one, of many unnatural, dangerous chemicals...sometimes a hundred or more to each perfume ingredient. You may have to reapply your Evan's Garden perfume a bit more often but we feel that this is no doubt worth it.
