Our Shopping Cart will automatically apply the discount when you check out. To get free shipping, you must select option "2 - FREE Shipping - 1st Order ONLY (U.S.A)" from the Shipping Method drop-down list as you check out. We cannot go back and apply free shipping to your order after you have already placed it!
*Free shipping offer applies to postage only and is offered on U.S. orders only. Handling charges may apply. Free shipping is for new retail customers only on their first order of any size. Existing customers pay normal shipping charges. Sample-only orders do count as first orders. Customers who select free shipping or 15% discounts on orders after their first order will be charged the difference from our end. Hardware and appliances such as shower filters, Vitamix machines etc. are excluded from the 15% discount program, and we will charge the difference on any such orders placed. Free shipping not available on international orders.
